Our Policies

Booking an appointment means you have read and agreed to the following policy.

Thank you for trusting your health to ABWC – we appreciate your business. A treatment appointment at our clinic is viewed as a commitment between the therapist and patient. We respect your time and ask you to do the same for ours.

While we understand that situations come up and emergencies happen, we do not double-book the schedule and late cancellations and missed appointments greatly impact our business. Thank you for understanding.

Limitation of services

ABWC is a private provider of health services. All treatments are provided through prearranged, scheduled appointments.

Our practitioners have limited availability for communication outside of scheduled sessions. They may not be able to respond to messages or calls before your next appointment. Therefore, please do not rely on between-session communication for urgent or emergency matters. For emergencies, always contact the appropriate emergency services.

ABWC practitioners provide services only within their professional training, competence, and role as private health providers. If your needs fall outside this scope, your practitioner will assist you in finding alternative, suitable providers.

Please note that ABWC is not an emergency service. We are unable to respond to urgent or emergency matters, and our communication channels (Phone, WhatsApp, Email) are only monitored during standard business hours.

Deposit & Cancelation Policy

Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early to maximize your treatment time. A 5-minute grace period is allowed for check-in without penalty.

Running Late: If you are more than 5 minutes late, your acupuncturist may recommend rescheduling. Arrivals 10 minutes or more late will be considered a no-show and cannot be accommodated.

No-Show: No-shows will be charged the full service fee.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

  • 24+ hours’ notice: No penalty. Deposits may be refunded or credited to a future appointment.
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: The full service fee will be charged. Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Appointments booked less than 24 hours in advance: Cannot be cancelled.


Home Visit Bookings:
A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Treatment Packages

Buying a treatment package will save you money and help to maintain continued treatments.

All treatment package sales are final and each package has a validation period, depending on the number of sessions in the package:

<5 sessions: 30 days
>5 sessions: 60 days

If you miss or cancel an appointment less than 24 hours’ before the session, you will not be refunded for the missed session.

Services Refund Policy

While we make every effort to make our customers as happy as possible, all service sales are final. We are a small business and unfortunately cannot offer refunds on any used or unused appointments/sessions for individual services or service packages.
