Ever wondered what acupuncture really feels like? This session is a gentle invitation to explore and experience it together in a safe, welcoming space. With guidance from Diah Mahardewi, you’ll be introduced to how acupuncture supports the body, why it has been trusted for centuries, and how it can help calm the mind, ease tension, and restore balance.
After a short introduction, you’ll receive a group acupuncture treatment, a soothing moment of stillness where you can relax, recharge, and feel the benefits first-hand, surrounded by others on the same journey.
Whether it’s your very first time or you’re simply curious to gain more awareness, this session is about connection, relaxation, and healing—together.

Yes, absolutely. This workshop is designed for those curious about and new to acupuncture and want to experience the healing benefits in a safe, supportive and professional environment.
Acupuncture works by stimulating the body’s natural healing processes, improving circulation and the flow of energy, reducing inflammation, and releasing endorphins (natural pain-relieving substances, reducing stress and improving your sense of well-being through the insertion of fine, sterile needles into specific points on the body.
The sensation of acupuncture needles can vary from person to person. Some people report feeling a slight pinch or discomfort when the needles are inserted, while others feel no pain at all. Most people find acupuncture to be a very relaxing and pain-free experience.
All needles are single-use, sterilized, and disposed of after each treatment.
Pregnant women in their 1st trimester, anyone with uncontrolled high blood pressure, epilepsy, or severe heart conditions and anyone with open wounds, active infections, or fever on the day of the workshop should not join.

Diah Mahardewi is a dedicated practitioner who has been studying acupuncture since 2015, demonstrating a deep commitment to the field over the years. Her journey in acupuncture began at the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health in Surakarta, where she delved into the theories and practical applications of this ancient healing art. With a strong foundation in traditional and modern acupuncture techniques, Diah has honed her skills to provide effective treatments for various health conditions.
In addition to her academic pursuits, Diah Mahardewi is also a leader in the acupuncture community, serving as the Chairperson of the Acupuncture Organization in Bali. In this role, she plays a pivotal role in promoting awareness about acupuncture’s benefits, organizing educational events, and fostering collaboration among practitioners. Diah’s passion for acupuncture shines through her dedication to continuous learning and her efforts to elevate the practice within her community.
